  • Passengers who choose to travel according to their return schedule must ensure sufficient time for travel clearance. The Ferry Operator will not be responsible if passengers fail to board the ferry on time due to immigration or other reasons.

Check-In Time:

Passengers are advised to check in and collect their boarding passes at the BFerry ticket counter at least 1.5 hours before the departure time. BFerry reserves the right to cancel bookings if the boarding pass is not collected forty minutes before departure.

Important Documents Required for Immigration Check:

  • Passport (Passport validity must be at least 6 months from the date of travel)
  • VISA, if required
  • Boarding Pass

TICKET FARES :

Please Note:

  • The currency used is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) in Indonesia and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) in Malaysia.
  • The terminal fee in Tanjung Balai Karimun is Rp 75,000 for non-Indonesian citizens / Rp 50,000 for Indonesian citizens. The terminal fee in Selatpanjang is Rp 50,000, and the Terminal Fee & Surcharge in Kukup Johor is already included in the ticket price.
  • Adult fare applies to all passengers aged 12 years and above on the day of departure.
  • Children, including infants aged 11 years and below on the day of departure, will be charged the child fare.
  • Passengers are responsible for obtaining valid visas and passports with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
