Terms & Conditions – Free Ticket Voucher – 80th Independence Day Celebration of Indonesia

Voucher: Free Two-Way Ticket – Kukup ↔ Tanjungbalai Karimun

1. Definitions

  • Organizer: Bferry
  • Voucher: A physical document that can be redeemed for one round-trip (two-way) ticket for the Kukup – Tanjungbalai Karimun route under these terms and conditions.
  • Voucher Holder: The official recipient of the voucher from the Lucky Draw at the 80th Independence Day Celebration of Indonesia at the Consulate of Indonesia in Johor.

2. Validity Period

  • Voucher is valid until 31 December 2025.
  • Unused vouchers after the expiry date will be void and will not be extended.

3. Redemption

  • Voucher can be redeemed at official ticket counters of Bferry or via our whatsapp official contact at +6282138536699 .
  • Voucher Holder must make a reservation at least 1 days before the intended departure date.
  • Redemption is subject to seat availability on the chosen schedule.

4. Coverage

  • Voucher is valid for 1 (one) person for a round-trip (two-way) journey Kukup – Tanjungbalai Karimun.
  • Voucher does not cover additional charges such as port taxes or other applicable fees, which must be paid by the passenger.

5. Restrictions

  • Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Voucher is non-transferable without prior written consent from the Organizer.
  • Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • Valid only for regular sailing schedules; not valid during peak seasons or blackout dates as announced by the Organizer.

6. Passenger Requirements

  • Voucher Holder must comply with all travel and immigration requirements applicable in Indonesia and Malaysia.
  • Voucher Holder must present valid travel documents (passport, entry/exit permits, etc.).

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • Confirmed bookings may be changed according to Bferry ticket change policy.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sailings due to operational, weather, or emergency reasons.

8. Rejection & Disqualification

  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

9. Miscellaneous

  • By using this voucher, the Voucher Holder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
