The currency used is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) in Indonesia and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) in Malaysia.
The terminal fee in Tanjung Balai Karimun is Rp 75,000 for non-Indonesian citizens / Rp 50,000 for Indonesian citizens. The terminal fee in Selatpanjang is Rp 50,000, and the Terminal Fee & Surcharge in Kukup Johor is already included in the ticket price.
Adult fare applies to all passengers aged 12 years and above on the day of departure.
Children, including infants aged 11 years and below on the day of departure, will be charged the child fare.
Passengers are responsible for obtaining valid visas and passports with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
